Of course, you will also have to be careful with sharp objects around your mattress and take caution not to jump around anymore than necessary. Most high quality mattresses today are made with a security liner that will prevent a major flood in the event a large puncture occurs, but it is best to be extremely careful since such an occurrence will likely ruin the bed completely.
