Beware of Macy's and salesman Don Seigel
After the torture of dealing with all the scamming found at most mattress stores I went to, I finally thought I was making the correct choice in buying a Stearns and Foster Cal-King SET from salesman Don Seigel at the Macy's West Furniture store in Woodland Hills, Southern California. Well, when comparing pricing to the other stores in the area, Don failed to mention that Macy's defines a SET as the mattress and box spring ONLY, not the frame, which other stores include in what they call a SET. He knew we were going from a queen to a Cal-King, knew we would need a Cal-King frame, said that they price included EVERYTHING including the frame when we asked him several times, even want as far as to sell us the extra warranty pad, but when the "SET" arrive in our home, there was no frame. Now they want $99-$300 for a frame! I feel like he did a bait and switch, especially when I could have bought the comparable S&F bed from their competitor for $200 less on the black Friday.
Macy's customer service is refusing to honor Don's promise of a frame in the price, and they want $70 delivery fee and 10% restock fee despite the fact that Don also sore there would be no cost if we needed to return the bed. I feel that Don Speigel was either dishonest with this transaction or mistakenly promised what he should not have. I plan to write a letter to CEO Terry Lundgren and complain about their inflexibility to fix what was either a mistake on their part or simply the old bait and switch. I urge any other consumers who had a bad experience with Macy's to do the same.

The main difference between memory foam and latex is feel. Memory foam is a slow sink, while latex is more bouncy and has a quicker reaction. Those who like the idea of memory foam, but want a feel similar to a traditional innerspring are ideal for latex.

I am side sleeper and prefer memory foam mattresses. They are soft and gives full back support. But person should go for the best quality and services.
